Sample collection

A quick blood draw takes just a few minutes. Our trained staff make the process as comfortable as possible. Your sample is then sent to our partner laboratory for analysis.

Your results are reviewed by a qualified GP and delivered to your secure online dashboard. You'll receive an email notification as soon as they're ready, typically within 48 hours.

It depends on the test. Some panels, like cholesterol or glucose tests, require fasting for 8–12 hours beforehand. We'll provide clear preparation instructions when you book your appointment.

Yes — you can book a test for a family member or dependant. They'll need their own account to view results, but you can manage the booking and payment.
